SSYC 2022 annual Boater’s Party will be August 13.  More information to come.

The 2022 America’s Boating Club of Saginaw Bay (formerly called Saginaw Bay Sail and Power Squadron) will be at SSYC for boat safety inspections this summer on June 11 at 10 am.  Sign up sheets for a boat inspection will be posted at the bath houses. This is a good way to learn a little more about your boat and boating safely on the Saginaw Bay. It helps avoid (but not necessarily stops) those untimely  inspections by the Coast Guard too.  Hope you take advantage of this great opportunity.

Please check your disposable fire extinguishers as the new regulation mandates a 12-year expiration date from the date of manufacture. The new regulation went into effect April 20, 2022.

The annual Share Holder’s meeting will take place on April 30, 2022 at 9:00 am in the SSYC community room. Coffee and donuts will be provided. Volunteers are needed after the meeting to assist with getting the picnic tables and grills out.

Annual Share Holders Meeting will be held on Saturday, August 30th starting at 9:00am. This will be followed with a work party to get the grills and picnic tables out. Please attend the meeting and assist if you are available.
